is a six bedroom, two & 3/4 bath lakefront cottage with a living room / kitchen area with two leather sleeper sofas, two refrigerators and one stove, automatic dishwasher and one coin operated washer and one coin operated dryer. Built new during the winter of 1997-98. Two wooden decks, one off the living room / kitchen area and a second floor deck off of the master bedroom with an awesome view of Lake Chautauqua.
One handicapped accessible bathroom and bedroom downstairs with a double and a single bed. In the five bedrooms upstairs, in three bedrooms there is a double and one single bed in each. Two single beds in the fourth bedroom and a king-size bed in the master / fifth bedroom. There is one window air conditioner in each bedroom.
Rental rate is based on 16 people maximum.
