2024 Cottage Availabilities as of  April 26^th  2024

Our 2024 Season Runs from April 29th through October 14th, 2024

From April 29th – June 16th and where Noted below as well as from August 10th –  October 14th, 2024, Cottage Rentals are a Two ** or Three *** Night Minimum Rentals until April 1st when we cut loose most Cottage Availabilities after Labor Day to a Two Night Minimum Rental.   

From June 16th through August 10th, we rent and reserve by the Week only Cottage rentals.

Closed from October 15th, 2024 until April 30th, 2025.

Cottage Availabilities are changing daily for the 2024 Season and are updated here usually within a few minutes of being reserved.

RESERVATION AND GUEST POLICIES

2024 Reservation Policy: Half down deposit to confirm reservation. Balance is due 45 days prior to check in on all summertime reservations (Memorial Day through Labor Day). Balance due at check in for all Spring and Fall reservations. Reservations during the summertime (Memorial Day – Labor Day) without payment in full 40 days prior to check in are cancelled.

2024 Cancellation Policy: Deposit returned after unit has been re-rented for the same dates and rental rates, less (-) $200.00 cancellation fee per cottage, per week or less; there is a $500.00 cancelation fee for Cottages C3 & C4. Payments are forfeited if the cottage is not re-rented for the same dates & rental rate.

Vessel Policy: Boats up to 21 foot: $20 per boat and trailer per day or $45 per boat and trailer per weekend or $ 100.00 per Boat and Trailer per week.  Boats 22 ft. – 26 ft. max are $40 per boat and trailer per day or $90 per boat and trailer per weekend or $200 per boat and trailer per week. Kayak, Canoe, SUP & Windsurfing Board: $ 10 per Day, $ 15 per weekend or $ 20 per Week. Fee is applicable if Vessel is onsite.

DAYTIME GUEST POLICY: Any daytime guest(s) added to your cottage, above and beyond the cottage’s capacity or reservation agreement, will be charged to you,  at the Rate of $10.00 plus tax per person per day. We reserve the right to limit the number of guests.

OVERNIGHT GUEST POLICY: Any guest to your cottage, above and beyond the cottage’s capacity or reservation agreement, past 9 PM for the night, will be charged to your account, at the rate of $75.00 plus tax per person per night. These guest policies are necessary so as not to over crowd our cottages or property. We reserve the right to limit the number of guests.

DRIVEWAY GATE POLICY: All visitor’s vehicles not part of your cottage’s capacity will be charged $5.00 + tax per day + any daytime or nighttime guest fees above and beyond the cottage’s capacity or reservation agreement.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Required on all Weekly and Weekend rentals as well as any rental of cottages C3 & C4. $200.00 Per cottage, $250.00 for Cottages C3 & C4.
