Cottage C4
is a five bedroom, two & 3/4 bath lakefront cottage with a living room / kitchen area with three leather sleeper sofas, two refrigerators, one stove, automatic dishwasher and one coin operated washer and one coin operated dryer.
Handicapped accessible downstairs bedroom with a double and a single bed and a downstairs handicapped accessible shower and bathroom. There are four bedrooms upstairs, three have a double and one single bed and in the fourth (the master bedroom) there is a king-size bed. Two wooden decks, one off the living room / kitchen area and a second floor deck off of the master bedroom with an awesome view of Lake Chautauqua. There is one window air conditioner in each bedroom. In the master bedroom, the air conditioner unit is an “in the wall” unit.
Rental rate is based on 14 people maximum.
