is in a duplex coming across the middle of the property. Cottage C1 is a large three bedroom with a living room / kitchen area, private bathroom with a stall shower and a enclosed sun porch with a real sweet view looking down towards Lake Chautauqua. There are two single beds in one bedroom, a double bed in the second bedroom, a double and a single bed in the third bedroom, and two leather sleeper sofas, in the living room / kitchen. Fiber flooring / vinyl flooring in the entire cottage.
Rental rate is based on 8 people maximum.
