OVERNIGHT GUEST POLICY: Any Guest to your Cottage, above and beyond the Cottage's Capacity or Reservation Agreement, past 9:00 P.M. for the Night, will be Charged to Your Account, at the Rate of $ 50.00 + tax Per Person Per Night. These Guest Policies are Necessary so as Not to Over Crowd our Cottage's or Property. We Reserve the Right to Limit the Number of Guests.

DRIVEWAY GATE POLICY: Here at We Wan Chu Cottages we have Automatic Driveway Gates. At Check In, you will be given the opportunity to receive a Driveway Gate Card for a $10.00 Deposit, or, if your cottage is located close to the main driveway entrance, you may choose to use a Key Pad Code to enter the property. All Visitors cars will be charged $ 5.00 + tax per car per day for parking (during Office Hours) as well as any guest fees above and beyond your cottage's capacity or reservation agreement.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Required on All Weekly and Weekend Rentals as well as any Rental of Cottage #s C3 & C4 . $ 100.00 Per Cottage, $ 250.00 for Cottage #s C3 & C4
