Please Note: At Check In, you will be issued "Wrist Bands, to prove residency of a Cottage here at We Wan Chu" (which will not need to be worn, just available) up to the Cottage's Capacity. Extra wrist bands can be purchased when needed based on our Daytime or Nighttime Guest Fees. We reserve the right to limit the number of extra Guests and wrist bands.

given the opportunity to receive a Driveway Gate Card for a $10.00 Deposit,
or, if your cottage is located close to the main driveway entrance, you may choose to use
a Key Pad Code to enter the property. All Visitors cars will be charged $ 5.00
+ tax per car per
day for parking (during Office Hours)
as well as any guest fees above and beyond your cottage's capacity or
reservation agreement. |
We Reserve the Right to Change Rates without notice as well as pass on any New Tax (like a Bed Tax) imposed on Cottage Rentals by the County, State or Federal Governments.
